2023 has been a landmark year for our work, and these milestones included new and historic policies in Minnesota, Michael Noble’s “rewirement,” and Fresh Energy’s bright future under the leadership of new executive director, Brenda Cassellius.
We decided to call the party “100% FRESH,” a name inspired by one of Minnesota’s flagship wins this legislative session, the 100% clean electricity bill which was signed into law by Governor Tim Walz in February. Thirty years of Fresh Energy’s clean energy and climate policy progress paved the way for the historic passage of 100% this year, but we’re only just getting started.
