J. Drake Hamilton has spent nearly three decades helping Minnesotans learn about climate change and Minnesota’s transition to clean energy. J. has spoken to audiences in nearly every corner of the state, and whether she is speaking to business leaders, students, congregations, civic organizations, or policymakers, she prioritizes translating complex climate science and energy policy into clear, compelling, and optimistic insights that inspire.
J.’s background and her real-world experience working on climate and clean energy policy make her such a compelling presenter. Her leadership has earned recognition at the highest levels, including an invitation from President Barack Obama to the White House ahead of the announcement of the Clean Power Plan. J. offers audiences of all sizes an informed, hopeful perspective on how communities can work together to accelerate clean energy solutions while strengthening their economies and quality of life.
