Annie joined the Fresh Energy team in September 2023. In her role as senior information management associate, she oversees the IT, administration, and co-design of our day-to-day operations. Annie graduated from Metropolitan State University with a bachelor’s degree in screenwriting and previously worked for the Science Museum of Minnesota.
Outside of work, Annie enjoys hiking with her two dogs and traveling whenever she can. In October of 2022, she took her first solo trip to South Korea and highly recommends visiting the Korean Folk Village to eat delicious Jjimdak. Annie is also a local Hmong filmmaker, and her work has been read and shown at the Qhia Dag Neej Film Festival, Metropolitan State University, Minneapolis Film Society, and the Guadalajara Film Festival.
