These data were compiled through an all-staff in July and August 2023, and represent 100% of Fresh Energy’s staff during that period. We will readminister the survey to all staff and update this information annually. The survey is completely anonymous, and Fresh Energy is committed to protecting our staff’s privacy to the fullest extent possible.
