Join Fresh Energy supporters and business partners, clean energy enthusiasts, board, staff, and friends for a social evening of conversation and networking. Enjoy an EV and E-bike petting zoo—including a Mini Cooper SE, Hyundai Ioniq 5, Rivian R1T pickup truck, Nissan Leaf, Tesla, and more—and a variety of electric power tools and lawn care products provided by Toro. Plus, you won’t want to miss an induction cooktop demonstration featuring crazy-flavorful mung bean pancake samples topped with crisp kimchi and gochujang aioli from Advellum Vegetable Eatery!

There’ll be a chance to sample snacks from several of the nine unique kitchens at the Market, and enjoy a drink on Fresh Energy! Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.

This event will take place both indoors and outdoors at The Market at Malcolm Yards (501 30th Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414) and is a companion event to Fresh Energy’s 2022 Virtual Benefit Breakfast. Inspiration for this gathering comes from Fresh Energy’s popular “Fair of the Future” which debuted at the 2019 Benefit Breakfast.

Getting there:

Light Rail: Take the Green Line to the Prospect Park Station. Walk 1.5 blocks northeast to Malcolm Yards. Metro Transit routes 6, 63, 67, and 87 also stop nearby. Plan your transit trip here.

Bike: Malcolm Yards is conveniently located along the University of Minnesota Transitway, a dedicated bike- and bus- transit route. Bike racks are located on the east side of the building.

Parking: There is a parking lot with limited spaces on the north side of the building. If you are driving, we recommend that you park in the University of Minnesota Prospect Park parking ramp located at 390 29th Avenue SE. The ramp is open to the public for $1/hour after 3 p.m. Enter and exit on 29th Avenue SE only.
