Clean energy, like solar and wind, is now the cheapest way to produce electricity–cheaper than dirty fossil fuels like coal and gas. Combine clean energy generation with energy efficiency programs like rebates for new insulation or energy efficient appliances, and we have a recipe for affordability during times of rising costs.
