Beth Pearlman has been a senior producer/writer of “Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern” and is currently the series producer of two TV series created for the Travel Channel by Tremendous! Entertainment. Prior to her work with Tremendous!, Beth worked at Internet Broadcasting, creating the national news department and overseeing several operations and account management teams for major television companies, transforming their news and sales content onto digital platforms. She transitioned to online news to WCCO-TV in Minneapolis, where she held several different positions, including executive producer and creator of the second incarnation of “Moore on Sunday” with Dave Moore and “Spotlight on Politics” with Pat Kessler. Beth started her career at the CBS Network, where she eventually became an associate producer with the CBS Evening News before moving to Minneapolis. Her productions at CBS and WCCO-TV have won many awards, including four Emmys. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University and is a member of Environment Minnesota, Sierra Club, and NECHAMA.
