Meggie LaValley joined Fresh Energy in September 2015 and in her role as Lead Director of Individual giving, Meggie is leading donor engagement efforts and partner relations. Meggie has worked in the development field since 2008. She comes to us from a non-profit in Seattle where she was raising $600k per year. She has expertise in growing major giving programs, fundraising events, and planned giving programs. Growing up in the Midwest, Meggie is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hiking, camping and spending time outside. Meggie graduated with Honors from University of Minnesota Duluth with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences and is currently a member of Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Minnesota Planned Giving Council.
