Liz Hatfield became a part of the Fresh Energy team in January 2020 and has navigated the evolving work landscape during the pandemic. Before joining Fresh Energy, she accumulated valuable experience with various nonprofit organizations in the Twin Cities. Liz enjoys her role at Fresh Energy, handling administrative tasks and collaborating closely with the Organizational Health Team on matters related to Employee Relations and HR. Additionally, she supports the Executive Leadership Team with scheduling and administrative responsibilities. She is deeply committed to her community and actively advocates for environmentally-friendly initiatives in Minnesota and beyond.
