Faith Mainor is Fresh Energy’s director of major gifts and joined the Fresh Energy Development team in 2024. In her role, Faith helps advance Fresh Energy’s mission by increasing donor support and serving as a dedicated ambassador within the community to advance clean energy and climate progress. Faith brings a background of fostering deep relationships to Fresh Energy and prior to joining the team, worked in nonprofit development at the St. Louis Park Emergency Program and the Rose Community Foundation. She holds an M.A. in Nonprofit Management from Regis University.
Faith and her family live in Bloomington where they enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring museums, traveling, and trying new restaurants. Faith is an avid sports fan and in her spare time loves to catch a game.
