Ellen Palmer, founder of Inner Resource Services, LLC, strengthens the foundational capacities of mission-driven organizations and individuals through organizational management and one-on-one leadership coaching services. As an executive leader with almost a decade of experience fulfilling the senior finance, operations, and human resource role in complex non-profit and for-profit businesses dedicated to climate change solutions, she is a strategic partner bringing missions and organizational cultures to life. Ellen centers staff purpose and value in sound financial guidance and management, human resource development, and effective systems and processes that provide the strong inner resources every organization needs to succeed in these times of rapid change and deep accountability.
After decades of building foundational resources for organizations, she has been called to support women leaders in the climate movement through regenerative leadership development coaching. Ellen leads an integrated life focused on building her own personal presence, spending time with family and friends, and valuing the natural world. She holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and geology and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. In addition, Ellen has earned certifications in MBA for nonprofits, project management, and fundraising from St. Thomas University and is currently working on an ACC with Presence-Based Coaching.
