Cody Fleischfresser is a director of constituent and consumer experience at UnitedHealthcare and a faculty member of the Parsons School of Design. Cody’s career has focused on working in direct and internet marketing for industry-leading organizations. He has extensive experience in developing and executing segmentation strategies and direct marketing programs. Previously, Cody served as an interactive marketing manager for Ameriprise Financial, where he was responsible for the capabilities, marketing, and content for Ameriprise online users. Prior to that, Cody helped develop Target Corporation’s online personalization program, point-of-sale receipt marketing program, and mobile phone marketing and helped optimize the company’s existing email, catalog, and direct mail marketing programs. He also worked in online digital marketing for Progressive Insurance. Cody is currently the president for the board of directors for the St. Paul Neighborhood Network, a community media center serving the Twin Cities metro area. Cody graduated from the University of St. Thomas, majoring in business and quantitative methods computer science.
