Part-Time Fellow, Energy Policy Research – Winter 2018

Overview
Fresh Energy is an independent non-profit organization that works to speed the transition to a clean energy economy in Minnesota. The successful candidate in this part-time (20 hours average per week) temporary research fellow position will work on high-impact research projects in the organization’s active and growing energy performance and energy markets areas. This position will begin in early February and continue through early May of 2018. Dates are flexible based on needs of the applicant. Responsibilities
Help develop and implement Fresh Energy’s work on specific activities, primarily in the energy performance and energy markets policy program areas, through the following:

Conduct research and analysis on specific areas of utility regulatory and legislative policies, analyzing past utility performance and comparison with other states.
