In her role, she drives effective communications and engagement strategy, as well as coordinates Fresh Energy’s program-oriented events to build support for the transition to clean energy. Previously, Caley served as the Director of Advancement for Neighborhood Development Alliance, a non-profit housing organization based in Saint Paul serving the Latino community. She led several national and state initiatives to bring financial opportunities to young adults of color living in the Metro Area. She is enthusiastic about supporting Fresh Energy’s commitment to building forward-thinking, equitable energy policies that benefit all Minnesotans. Caley is a graduate of Macalester College, where she studied Spanish and Portuguese. She is a big advocate of the tiny/small house movement and loves living in her 728 square foot bungalow with her partner, dog, cat, and rabbit.
