Steve joined Fresh Energy in September 2021. In his role as senior business operations associate, Steve provides support to our external partners and serves as a liaison to our board of directors. Steve graduated from Hamline University with both a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. He grew up in Forest Lake, Minnesota and spent much of his childhood fishing with his dad and brother and camping along the St. Croix River which fostered a lifetime love of the wilderness. Steve lives in Saint Paul with his partner and their two cats. When not exploring the outdoors, Steve makes a point to carve out time for seeing live music as well as reading and writing poetry.
