The Clean Air Act is still under attack, and it's more important than ever to defend it.
A vote on Senator Murkowski's attack on the Clean Air Act has been scheduled for June 10. If passed, this bill would put human health at risk and strip the EPA of authority to regulate dirty energy producers like coal. Until a comprehensive energy and climate bill is in place to curb global warming pollution, keeping EPA authority intact is essential.
It's crucial that you contact your Senators to oppose this or any other bill that seeks to weaken the Clean Air Act.
