The first step is the easiest. Visit the national 1Sky website to sign up and our staff will be in touch with you to help you plan.
Use your creative talents for the environment!
Deadline: September 22, 2008
1Sky is partnering up with Brighter Planet to launch a Climate Matters online video contest to send our next president and Congress a clear message over the airwaves and online: America is ready for bold leadership on climate. We can show our leaders that climate change isn't just another crisis—it's our opportunity to rebuild the economy, lift millions from poverty with green jobs, and leave a cleaner, safer environment for our children.
Upload your most inspiring 30 or 60 second video to http://www.vimeo.com/climatematters. After the September 22 deadline, the ten videos with the most average daily views will be submitted to an impressive panel of judges. If your video wins, you could win the $3,000 prize and our broadcast partners will air the winning videos before a potential audience of more than 50 million homes!
