This seminar will be held in conjunction with the 19th Annual CTS Transportation Research Conference. The cost to attend this luncheon seminar is $30.
Stephen H. Schneider, Melvin and Joan Lane Professor for Interdisciplinary Environmental Studies, Professor of Biological Sciences, and Senior Fellow in the Woods Institute for the Environment at Stanford University, will highlight incentives to bring about a transition to cleaner transportation, along with promising technology and policy options being pursued by other states and countries. He will also compare the transportation sector with the industry and building sectors to predict how much can feasibly be done.
