Take action TODAY: Support clean energy—attend a hearing or call your legislators

children and clean energyMinnesota’s clean energy legislation is moving forward! The Solar Energy Jobs Act (read the bill here) will create 2,000 jobs in the first year and thousands more over its lifetime, ensuring that Minnesota gets 10 percent of its electricity from solar resources by 2030. An increased Renewable Electricity Standard will expand the state’s percentage of electricity from renewable sources to 40 percent by 2030, increasing jobs and investment in local communities.
