Discussion: Coffee with Representative Betty McCollum

coffee with CongressRepresenting Minnesota’s Fourth district—which includes Saint Paul and many surrounding communities—Representative Betty McCollum (D – Minnesota) has long championed for Minnesota’s environment. Last year, the U.S. House launched a massive assault on the environment, voting 191 times to erode critical environmental protections like the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act.

Join Environment Minnesota and MPIRG on Monday, February 20 to talk with the congresswoman about how to defeat these ongoing attacks on our environment and move forward with solutions. From global warming and the controversy over the Keystone pipeline to the pollution of Minnesota’s lakes and rivers, on the 20th, our community will come together and talk with Congresswoman McCollum about how to achieve the cleaner environment that we envision.
